Clients
Using the e-services, you can
- identify the most appropriate course of action and contact for your situation
- make a preliminary calculation of whether you are entitled to legal aid
- make a legal aid application
- submit a request for telephone counselling
- send and receive messages about your pending case.
Log in to the service with online banking codes, a mobile certificate or a certificate card. If it is not possible for you to log in to the e-service, you can request legal aid at a legal aid office or seek help from an attorney who deals with legal aid.
After logging into the e-service, you can use an electronic form to give information on the matter in which you are applying for legal aid and information on your income and assets. In the e-service, you are not required to supply documentation on your income and assets, as this information will be checked with random checks.
You can save an incomplete legal aid application and continue filling it in later. A legal aid decision will be sent to you in the requested manner, such as by e-mail or post in paper form.
