Financial and debt counselling services do not provide financial support or money
Financial and debt counselling services are provided by state legal aid offices free of charge. Counselling is provided by financial and debt advisers and the legal aid secretaries who assist them. The counselling is confidential and the personnel are bound by the non-disclosure obligation.
