Claims for fees and compensations

Claims for fees and compensations to be paid from state funds must be submitted to the courts and legal aid offices electronically using the e-service.

The claims must be itemised by date and measure, by providing the date, invoicing type (session time, travel time to the session, travel expenses, etc.) and duration in hours. The court will add the time spent in the session.

Claims for fees and compensations can also be submitted through an interface, which transfers information entered into the office’s invoicing system automatically to the legal aid system. The office’s invoicing system must have a similar interface to the legal aid system.
